All PMAGs sold by Blu Manchu are hand-dyed to order. Due to the nature of the dyeing process, no two pieces are identical. Photos on the site are representative; exact color patterns will vary. This variation is a feature, not a defect.
All orders are pre-orders and are made to order after payment. Expect a lead time of approximately 5–10 business days before your order ships. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is on its way.
Payment is collected at the time of order. All prices are in USD. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopblumanchu.com with photos and we will make it right.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase and possession of firearm magazines and related accessories. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age, that your ship-to information is accurate, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered at the ship-to destination.
Blu Manchu does not knowingly process sales or shipments prohibited by law and may cancel and refund any order that appears restricted or incomplete. Capacity-restricted states are limited to compliant checkout options as described in our Compliance Notices.
Blu Manchu's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
