Send in your nylon and polymer gear — I hand-dye it and ship it back. Permanent finish. No two pieces alike.
Real hand-dyed work — PMAGs and grips finished with the same hot-dye process used on send-in jobs. Pattern and tone vary by piece. What you send is what you get back, permanently dyed.
Ship me your gear and I’ll hand-dye it, then send it back. Built for nylon slings and polymer AR parts / accessories that are not black.

This isn’t sprayed paint or a wrap. Watch the hot-glue masking and dye process on a real PMAG — the same handcrafted method used on every order.
No two pieces come out identical — that’s the point.
Upgrade your kit with custom-dyed PMAGs, polymer components, and nylon gear built to take abuse. Unlike paints, wraps, or surface coatings that crack, chip, and peel under hard use, the hot-dye process forces pigment directly into the outer surface matrix so the finish stays clean through match work, range days, reload drills, and regular maintenance.
Every polymer piece is hand-masked and dyed for a permanent pattern with no added bulk, no slick topcoat, and no fake “painted-on” look. The texture stays factory, the fit stays OEM, and each part comes out with small hand-applied variation so no two pieces are identical.
For nylon gear, the dye process is designed to shift color deep into Cordura, webbing, and heavy-duty synthetics without wrecking the structure of the item. It works especially well when you want to darken lighter gear or make mismatched kit run together as one pattern family.
Blu Manchu is a one-man operation based in Nevada built on obsession with craft. Every piece is dyed by hand, inspected by hand, and shipped with the same standard the builder holds himself to.
