This page summarizes how Blu Manchu handles magazine capacity restrictions and other compliance requirements for custom-dyed PMAGs and related polymer / nylon dye services. Laws change. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
Certain U.S. jurisdictions restrict the sale, transfer, and/or possession of firearm magazines and other firearm accessories. Blu Manchu does not knowingly process sales or shipments prohibited by law.
If a purchase or intended transfer is prohibited where you live or where the item will be shipped, you must cancel the order or return the item. Intermediaries and end users are responsible for verifying that the sale or transfer is lawful.
Military, law enforcement, and other specifically authorized persons may qualify for exemptions under some state laws. Contact blumanchusupport@gmail.com before ordering if you believe an exemption applies. Online checkout still applies capacity gating based on ship-to state.
Before you can open Stripe checkout for a Hand Dyed PMAG, you must:
If your state restricts magazines over a certain capacity, checkout is limited to a 10-round option for that design (or blocked if we cannot fulfill compliant product for that destination).
Aligned with commonly published industry compliance tables (including Magpul’s published notices). For Blu Manchu rifle PMAGs, restricted destinations are offered 10-round checkout only when a 10rd listing is available.

Some cities and counties impose stricter magazine limits than statewide law (examples published by manufacturers include Cook County IL, Buffalo NY, Rochester NY, and several Illinois municipalities). Local laws are not fully automated in checkout. If your local jurisdiction is more restrictive than your state, do not order a capacity you cannot lawfully receive.
Virginia’s 2026 firearm-accessory laws add age, identity, acknowledgment, and shipping requirements for many accessories, parts, and related products. Capacity limits of 15 rounds also apply.
Blu Manchu online mag checkout for Virginia is limited to compliant capacity (10rd) and requires full buyer acknowledgments. If we cannot verify a lawful sale, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Email blumanchusupport@gmail.com with questions before ordering.
California AB 1263 (effective January 1, 2026) adds verification and shipping requirements for certain firearm accessories, components, and equipment. Magazines over 10 rounds remain prohibited. Blu Manchu does not sell restricted-capacity magazines to California; checkout is limited to 10-round options where offered.
Some jurisdictions require additional purchaser verification even for compliant-capacity magazines. If you order from Connecticut or New Jersey, we may contact you for documentation before fulfilling. Failure to provide required verification may result in cancellation and refund.
By completing checkout you certify that:
